The Story

Why I built Yassine Coaching

I'm Yassine — a certified trainer based in Amsterdam, working one-on-one with clients at SportCity Amsterdam. I got obsessed early with the few things that actually move the needle: structured strength work, nutrition you can hold for years, and the recovery most people skip. So I built one system around them and stripped out everything else.

Yassine Coaching is that system, run one-on-one, for a small group of people I choose to work with. I don't take everyone — I take the ones who are ready to do the work properly, and I make sure it pays off.

Fitness can change your life — slowly, sustainably, and in a way you actually enjoy.

The Method

My coaching approach

Every client starts the same way — a proper conversation at SportCity Amsterdam about where you are now, what you've tried, your lifestyle, and what you really want. From there I build a plan around four things:

  • Strength training that's structured and progressive
  • Practical nutrition you can actually stick to
  • Recovery — sleep, stress, and mobility
  • Clear progress tracking, so you see what's working
